Other comments

Bahiagrass is a major warm-season grass "weed specie"s found in parks and urban open space areas largely because it requires frequent mowing, particularly to remove the numerous unsightly seed heads. The seed heads can grow between 20 and 60 cm tall. Seeding rate of bahiagrass for new areas is 2kg/100m² (Roche, 2013).
