Description

Matilda is a semi-dwarf coarse-textured buffalograss that was selected for its year round colour, softness and general performance.


Other comments

Matilda was selected as a chance seedling from the buffalograss variety 'Shademaster'; the selection was made on the basis that the genotype/selection had reduced stolon anthocyanin coloration compared to 'Shademaster' (Source: PBR).
